Wine Cellar offers two dedicated Private Event Spaces for up to 100 guests!

LIBRARY ROOM
Our intimate Library Room seats up to 30 at one table, and up to about 36 at four parallel tables. It can also be used for a standing cocktail type event or even a seated presentation without tables for up to about 45.

VINEYARD ROOM
Our larger Vineyard Room can be used for up to 100 seated and more for conference or standing. This room has an optional floated onyx stage with cork wall backdrop and satellite bar. Please note, for more than 90 guests, Library Room will need to be added for food buffet.

Both rooms require a room fee and a food and beverage minimum that varies by headcount, time of day and day of the week. Please reach out for more details and feel free to come by and take a look!

We understand that not all events and event needs are the same. You may choose to have a more casual hors d'oeuvres and drinks event, a plated meal or a buffet.

A buffet is recommended for groups of 45 or more for a more efficient service. Cost per person is the same whether it's a buffet or a plated meal as we offer the same amount of food.

Menu packages are listed below. You are welcome to choose from our Dinner packages for a lunch event but not from our Lunch packages at dinner. You may also mix and match entrees from different packages if you'd like.

FAQ

We use All Natural, Free Range Lamb, All Natural Pork, Mary’s Free Range Chicken and USDA Choice Angus Beef

Please Note: 
Vegetarian Entrees can be added to any entree package. We have the following choices: Pasta Primavera with Tomato Alfredo or Marinara, Veggie Stir Fry over Rice with Soy Ginger Sauce (vegan) or our signature Tortellini without the chicken - cheese-stuffed spinach tortellini, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts in a creamy basil sauce

Children's Package may also be added at $25/p for children 12 and under. It includes a drink, a choice of entree (cheese or pepperoni pizza, pasta with red sauce, meat sauce or butter and cheese, or chicken tenders with fries) and an ice cream sundae.

Important to Note:

To reserve your space, a signed contract and a 50% deposit of the estimated total - which includes F&B minimum, room fee, service fee and tax - is required. Deposit will then be applied to your final bill. Deposits are due within seven days of receiving your proposal (or immediately if your event is within 30 days).
