PRIVATE DINING ROOMS NOW OPEN!

Wine Cellar opened 3000 sf of brand new private event rooms on December 1st of 2018!

Our intimate Library Room seats up to 30 at one table, and up to about 36 at four parallel tables. It can also be used for a standing cocktail type event or even a seated presentation without tables for up to about 50.

Our larger dining area can be used for up to 100 seated and more for conference or standing. This room has a stage and an add-on satellite bar option.

The rooms have a shared area with private restrooms and the whole space can be used for larger groups. Our larger room also opens up to the Old Town Amphitheater so in warmer weather, and event can incorporate a bit of the outside area for mingling as well! Perhaps even a wedding outside and reception inside!

Both rooms require a room fee and a food and beverage minimum that varies by headcount, time of day and day of the week.

Smaller groups may also choose to just have tables in our main dining area.

A package must be used for all parties of fifteen or more. Once you select a menu package, you can then ask your guests to pre-select their choice of three options and provide us an entree count in advance. Menu packages do not include tax, gratuity or beverages. The package price is based on the standard 3 hour limit.

FAQ

We use All Natural, Free Range Lamb, All Natural Pork, Mary’s Free Range Chicken and USDA Choice Angus Beef

Please Note: Vegetarian entrees can be added to any entree package. We have the following choices: Pasta Primavera with Tomato Alfredo or Marinara, Veggie Stir Fry over Rice with Soy Ginger Sauce (vegan) or our signature Tortellini without the chicken - cheese-stuffed spinach tortellini, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts in a creamy basil sauce

Deposit And Cancellation Fee

Banquets require a signed contract and a 50% deposit.

All cancellations must be within 60-90 (varies) days of the event date to receive a partial refund of deposit. Less than 60-90 days will result in forfeiture of full deposit. To reschedule a date, an additional deposit is required. Deposits are not transferable to another date.

Guest Counts And Guarantees

Menu selections are due one week prior to your event. Final counts are due three days prior to your event - however if you raise guest count less than three days prior to event, you will be responsible for the higher amount quoted . This final count is a guarantee. You will be charged for the number of people in your final count, or the actual attendance, whichever is greater.     

Payment And Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are subject to 9.25% sales tax. All parties are subject to an 22% gratuity plus room fee. We accept MC, VISA, and AMEX. Sorry, no personal checks unless pre-approved by management.     

Menus

Once you decide on a Menu Package, you can choose up to three entrees, a salad selection if more than one is offered in your package choice, and a dessert. You can then choose to have your guests pick their entree in advance and provide us with a count for each entree in advance, or we can serve buffet style.   

Wine

We encourage you to pre-select wine for your party to ensure that we have what you want in stock. (The Lunch and Dinner Packages are named after Grape Varietals because we are Wine Cellar Restaurant - wine is not included in your package price. It is a separate purchase.)     

Special Menu

Our Executive Chef, Patricio Mejia, can work with you to design a custom menu if you desire something not on our list.
A chef charge will be added to all custom menus.
